Testimonials

“I worked with Emily to deal with a persistent fear that was really curtailing my life. She suggested EMDR and what I experienced with her was a radical realignment of how I view the world. ”

- Trauma Therapy Graduate

“I didn't have to 'start at the beginning' to share my story as with traditional therapy. EMDR quickly took me to pivotal points in my childhood and retrained my nervous system. ”

- Trauma Therapy Graduate

“Emily's calming strength was always there to ground me, even when the intense emotions of the process overwhelmed me and I am so grateful that I trusted her. For anyone grappling with anxiety, fears or trauma, it is possible to heal.”
